Changphuak Suki สุกี้ช้างเผือก

Suki is a popular fried noodle dish in Thailand. It comes in both dry and wet versions which everyone has their own preference. In Chiang Mai, Changphuak Suki สุกี้ช้างเผือก is the place to go for suki. Queue forms as early as 40 minutes before it opens. The street side stall runs like clockwork with each staff performing their assigned task. We opted for the dry version with beef. It's one of our favourite dishes in Chiang Mai.
